MMP’s area of expertise relevant to Ports & Marine Infrastructure, Ship Building and Ship Repair facilities includes:

(a)Conceptual Planning, Layout, Business Plan for Green Field Marine Infrastructure facilities pertaining to Ship Repairs and New Build. This includes preliminary sizing of Shops, Equipment Fit and Other Utilities and Infrastructure and Capacity Calculations.

(b)Design of Complete, Shiplift & Ship Transfer system, Local manufacturing through developed vendors, Installation, Commissioning, Load testing and Certification by LR, at a most effective and competitive pricing with lower overall costs as compared to prevailing market price.

EPC of the following facilities:

-Material Handling Process, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation and commissioning of – EOT cranes (capacities from 05 T to 200 T) based on global competition.

-EPC for Shipbuilding Process Equipment for Material Storage, Preparation, Surface preparation and other assembly line equipment like Plate Straightening Machine, Pre-Treatment line, Conveyor System, & Blasting

-Contract Formulations, and Contract Management as per international practices like FIDIC.

-Erection and installation plan and execution for heavy equipment and Machineries.

-PMC for Civil, Mechanical & electrical, facilities, equipment and systems.

-Innovative cost effective alternate design of system and equipment related to Port and other Marine Infrastructure

Our Projects

  • Lavgan Dockyard Pvt Ltd, Jaigad Maharashtra:

    Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Transfer Yard Rails , Crane Rails & Rails on the Ship Lift Platform. Scope covered 13.5 kms of rail installation with 432 cross-over junctions.

  • L&T Shipbuilding, Kattupalli:

    Project involved 30 kms of QU/ ISCR 100 rail installations for the Ship Lift and Transfer Yards

  • Naval Science & Technological Laboratory, Visakhapatnam:

    Supply, installation and commissioning of 300 metres of High Precision Rail Installation for Cussons UK.
